About Phase 3
Phase 3 raises the bar with Blackwing Lair, the second tier of 40-player raiding. Nefarian's lair tests guilds with challenging encounters like Vaelastrasz the Corrupt, known as a guild-breaker for its intense DPS requirements.
The introduction of Darkmoon Faire adds a monthly social event with collectible cards that can be combined into powerful trinkets, particularly the coveted Darkmoon Card: Blue Dragon for healers.
BWL represents a significant step up in difficulty from Molten Core, requiring better coordination, gear, and understanding of class mechanics to progress through encounters like Chromaggus and the final confrontation with Nefarian.
