About Phase 6
Phase 6 concludes the Classic journey with Naxxramas, the ultimate raid challenge. The floating necropolis over Eastern Plaguelands contains four wings (Arachnid, Plague, Military, Construct) leading to Kel'Thuzad's inner sanctum.
The Scourge Invasion world event transforms Azeroth as the undead assault major cities and players battle to collect Necrotic Runes for exclusive rewards. This event captures the apocalyptic atmosphere of Naxxramas's arrival.
Naxxramas represents the pinnacle of Classic raiding with encounters like the Four Horsemen, Loatheb, and Sapphiron testing even the most prepared guilds. Atiesh fragments drop here, allowing one lucky guild member to forge the legendary staff of Medivh's apprentice.
