About The Burning Crusade
The Burning Crusade Classic Anniversary brings back one of World of Warcraft's most beloved expansions with modern quality-of-life improvements while preserving the authentic TBC experience. This fresh server launch lets both veterans and newcomers experience the magic of stepping through the Dark Portal for the first time.
The expansion raised the level cap to 70 and introduced flying mounts, fundamentally changing how players explore the world. Outland's alien landscapes—from Hellfire Peninsula's scorched earth to Nagrand's floating islands—remain some of WoW's most visually striking zones.
TBC is celebrated for its challenging raid content, from the intimate encounters of Karazhan to the epic confrontations with Illidan in Black Temple and Kil'jaeden in Sunwell Plateau. The 5-phase content rollout lets players experience this progression authentically over the course of 2026.
